Mexican Street Corn

Ingedients
 6 Ears of Molnar Farms Corn
 1 cup Mayonnaise
 1 pinch Kosher Salt
 1 pinch Fresh Ground Black Pepper
 1 cup Cojita Cheese Crumbles
 ½ cup Ancho Chili Aioli
 ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
 2 tbsp Chili Lime Dust
 ¼ cup Toasted Pepitas

Preparation
1

Peel and remove silk from corn

Boil ears of corn in salted water or over a fire girll

Brush with mayonnaise

4

Sprinkle with Cojita cheese

5

Sprinkle ears with chili lime dust

6

Drizzle corn with ancho chili aioli

7

Garnish with chopped cilantro and pepitas
