
Jeff’s Pork Seasoning
A spicy and flavorful crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
- Greek Oregano
- Granulated Garlic
- Onion Powder
- Cumin
- Cayenne Pepper
- Dijon Mustard
- 3 to 4 turns Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- Kosher Salt
Method

Get a mixing bowl and combine the dry seasonings and set aside. Rub your pork with the Dijon mustard to create a so called glue to help the seasonings stick. Take the rub and season the pork heavy on both sides. Let the meat sit for about 30 minutes to let the flavors develop. Cook the pork to about medium to medium well and serve.
