
Tra’s Sirloin Kabobs
A rich flavorful steak and veggie dish with a Korean spice twist.
Ingredients
- Korean BBQ Seasoning
- Korean Chili Seasoning
- Granulated Garlic
- Olive Oil
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Onion
- Kosher Salt
- 5 to 6 turns fresh Ground Black Pepper
Method

In a medium bowl combine all your dry seasoning to make a rub and set aside. Gather all your vegetables and cut them into 1 inch squares. Grab your skewers and assemble your meat and vegetables in a pattern leaving space in between all of them.

Coat your kabobs in oil and then season with your seasoning rub. Grill the kabobs over direct heat for 6-8 minutes, rotating every 2 minutes. Let the skewers rest for about 10 minutes then serve.
